All character interactions on SpicyChat Australia are generated by artificial intelligence. Characters do not represent real individuals, and their responses are computer-generated.

2. NSFW Content

Adult content is available only to verified users aged 18+ with an Ultra subscription. All NSFW content must remain within character-driven, consensual contexts. We prohibit content involving minors, non-consensual scenarios, or illegal activities.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited: content exploiting or endangering minors, content promoting violence or harm, content violating intellectual property rights, content used for harassment or abuse, and any content violating Australian law.

4. Content Moderation

We employ automated filtering and human review to enforce this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning.

5. Reporting

Report content concerns to support@spicychat.com.au or use the in-app reporting feature. We review all reports within 24 hours.
